Why We Began:
A Quest for the Perfect Barbecue
Our adventure started not in a bustling kitchen but as patrons on a quest. Disenchanted by our experiences at local barbecue joints, we realized that the perfect blend of flavors we were searching for didn't exist yet. So, in 2014, with a humble smoker and a parking lot setup, we embarked on a mission to fill this void. And thus, Pink's Barbecue was born.
