MADE WITH FIRE
In 2014, armed with a smoker and a dream, Andrew and Gwen combined their 31 years in food and hospitality to deliver simple yet bold flavor to the community. Today, they bring over 50 years of experience and barbecue tradition to every plate.
Pink’s brings the fire to local farmer’s markets and events with small-batch barbecue, pork rinds, handcrafted rubs, and more.
We’re also built on a deep respect for culinary traditions from around the world. Jamaican heat, Southern smoke, and global flavor. For Chef Drew, barbecue is more than food. It’s Family, Fire, The Great Outdoors, and The Joy of Sharing.
